We invite you to carefully read the conditions below, and to print them and/or save them on another durable medium of your choice.

This website www.aziendaagricolaterralavoroantonio.it (hereinafter the "Site") is owned by Azienda Agricola Terralavoro Antonio (hereinafter the "Company"), VAT number 03115570651, REA number: SA-265016, with registered office in Loc. Contrada Cioffi, n.1, 84025 EBOLI (SA), Italy.

The Site is dedicated to retail sales to subjects identified by the data entered when completing the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and complies with the law on distance selling (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

 

1. General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale are the only applicable ones and replace any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale, it is therefore necessary to reread them before placing an order on the Site.

Such changes will be immediately enforceable against the Customer, starting from their publication and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously.

By confirming your order, it is assumed that the Customer has read and accepted without reservations these general conditions of sale.

The delivery and payment methods are listed in detail in the relevant sections and are to be considered an integral and essential part of this contract.

The methods of processing personal data (privacy) are listed in the relevant section and are also to be considered an integral part of this contract.

 

2. Sales prices on the Site

All prices shown on the Site include VAT and are net of shipping costs. The Company reserves the right to make changes to sales prices at any time and without prior notice of any kind.

 

3. Invoicing and accompanying documents

Each order will be accompanied by a regular commercial invoice or other accompanying document and/or a regular receipt.

 

4. Products

The images of the products on the Site are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding. Unless otherwise indicated in the description, or in the title of the product, the category of the products on sale is to be considered "First".

 

5. Acceptance of the order

The order sent by the Customer will be binding for the Company only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site.

The Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed in his email inbox with a summary of the products, their prices and the general and specific conditions applicable to the order itself.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 59 of the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), perishable products, products with a short shelf life or at risk of deterioration are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

7. Payment

The purchase can be settled by cash on delivery.

 

8. Delivery

Deliveries are ex works. For shipping and related costs contact the Company before placing the order.

 

9. Privacy

The Company will process the Customer's personal data in compliance with art. 5 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on privacy as specified in detail in the information in the Privacy and Cookie Policy section , to which reference is made for further information.

By accepting these terms and conditions of sale, the Customer consents to the processing of his personal data by the owner of this website.

 

 

10. Legal notes

The notions and any information on the benefits due to the consumption of the products described within the site have only an illustrative and informative purpose. None of the information present can be interpreted as an attempt to offer or render a medical opinion or in any way involved in the practice of medicine. The Company cannot be held responsible for the results or consequences of any use or attempted use of any of the information present within the Site.

 

11. Delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure

The Company cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters and any other event that is beyond the control of the Company.

 

12. Competent Court

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 "implementation of Directive 97/7 on consumer protection in respect of distance contracts". For any dispute regarding these Conditions or the sale of products, the Court of Salerno will have jurisdiction.

To resolve disputes arising from online purchases of goods and services out of court, European consumers can connect to the ODR electronic platform, managed by the European Commission, reachable at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr .
